Communication Assistant

The Communications Assistant allows you to make calls by searching through a contact list. You can also see presence information about all users so you know whether they are on the phone, in a meeting or out of the office for example.  Using your PC you can park calls and transfer them to someone else just by using your mouse.

Listening in on calls for coaching purposes is easy too. Communications Assistant allows supervisors to monitor the performance of employees, individually and as part of a set extension group.

KX-NS1000 – IP Business Communications Server

If you have staff that spend most of their time away from their desk phones, the Poltys CA RCS will provide them with a Follow Me option so that calls to extensions are automatically routed to a smartphone or tablet. Presence information is included and the CA RCS integrates fully with the desktop UC client.
