Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has confirmed which models will be available in the UK from next month, with the RX17 Neo, RX17 Pro, and Find X the first batch to make it to these shores.
The firm announced its arrival in the UK earlier this month, but until now it has been coy about exactly which devices in its lineup would make the trip. However, it has now officially unveiled three of its latest models, all of which are set for launch on February 13th.
Heading up the group is the Find X, Oppo's current flagship. This features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that stretches fully from edge-to-edge, with a camera that's hidden behind the display and pops up when in use, avoiding the need for a notch or hole punch design to break up the display.
Underneath, it offers a Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB of RAM, a 3,730 mAh battery, and 256GB of storage, along with dual 20/16MP dual rear cameras and a 25MP front-facing camera with advanced facial recognition features. It will cost £799 in the UK.
Next up is the RX17 Pro, which is the mid-range model and will see prices start at £549. This features the same 6.4-inch display as the Find X, albeit with a notch for the camera, but its specs are a little lower, with just 128GB of storage, 6GB of RAM, a 3,600 mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 710 octa-core processor.
Finally, there is the budget RX17 Neo, which is smaller and cheaper than its siblings, though it still offers the same 6.4-inch screen and in-display fingerprint scanner. Otherwise, it comes with a Snapdragon 660 processor, 128GB of storage, 4GB of RAM, and a 3,500 mAh battery and will cost £319.
All the devices run on Google's Android system, but for now, they are a little bit behind the latest version, running the Oreo build of the platform with a custom skin on top known as ColorOS.
