GODALMING, SURREY, UK (25th July 2016): Arrow is delighted to announce its purchase of Comms-Solve.
Comms-Solve is a local technology company and proven specialists in transitioning companies from outdated legacy telephone systems to the modern array of solutions utilising cloud communications.
This is Arrow’s seventh acquisition in the last six years and will once again significantly boost revenues and enable Arrow to expand its geographic reach into the eastern regions of England.
Arrow, headed by Chris Russell, specialises in telephony and IT solutions for businesses. It offers a diverse portfolio ranging from hosted telephony, data connectivity and mobiles through to mobile device management, telephone systems and IT services. “Comms-solve is an award winning team, which is highly engineering focused and well recognised in the industry. The company shares our ethos of excellent customer care whilst complementing our existing Mitel skills”, says Russell.
Comms-Solve’s employees remain with Arrow in their Cambridge premises allowing them to continue to look after their customers whilst benefitting from the use of Arrow’s larger resources and expertise. This acquisition will increase Arrow’s total turnover to £27 million as well as providing substantial knowledge and experience of implementing unified communications solutions.
