New Samsung products to offer cloud services

Excitement is growing around the upcoming launch of Samsung's new tablet and smartphone, with many predicting a range of new features.

One of the rumours doing the rounds is that the manufacturer will launch its own cloud technology when it unveils the devices on May 3rd.

According to the Washington Post, which cites sources in South Korea, Samsung will launch the S-cloud in London next month.

The report claims that the technology will be similar to the iCloud, which has been successful since its launch earlier this year.

Storage is rumoured to be more than 5GB, with no restrictions on the type of content that can be uploaded.

However, it is unlikely that businesses will know what to expect before the event in London, as the security around the launch is "tighter than ever," according to one source speaking to The Verge.

It is expected that the new Galaxy SIII smartphone will be unveiled at the event.
