During a single week in June, in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis, Doctify provided over 1,000 doctors and healthcare specialists with access to ClineCall and is continuing to roll out the service.
Whilst ensuring the continuation of care during these unprecedented times is essential, Doctify is also helping the healthcare community and patients adapt to telemedicine which has happened far quicker than anticipate due to the pandemic. What was expected to take years, has happened within weeks with all healthcare professionals from dentists to physiotherapists to surgeons now having to perform Video Consultations as part of their practice.

Doctify’s specialists have found ClineCall to be a massive help to being able to conduct consultations with patients. Also, feedback from patients is that video consultations in the safety and privacy of their own homes are very much welcomed.
Perhaps an unexpected advantage of video consultations for clinicians is the greater flexibility and choice it brings when organising their time. The clinician no longer needs to be in the surgery or hospital to conduct consultations, meaning they be more efficient with their time and devote the most valuable face-to-face time with patients that need it the most.
