Our service packages are tailored to meet every client requirement be it a simple maintenance and support package for a small business through to a national, multi-site managed service package delivering end-to-end service on all aspects of voice and data commercial needs.

All of our engineers, trainers and support staff are trained to the highest level by our partners so you can be assured of receiving the best advice, installation, after-sales service and support. Our engineers offer a reliable national response to clients and are experienced in IP based voice and data networks with extensive legacy telephone systems knowledge.

Maintenance Care Packs

With our network of highly qualified engineers covering the United Kingdom, we can offer a service level to match your requirements. If your requirements do not match the Care Packs below, simply contact us to arrange a bespoke package.

1.   Standard Care
09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday
(excluding Bank and Public Holidays)

2.    Extended Care
09:00 – 17:30 – Monday to Sunday
(excluding Bank and Public Holidays)

3.    Constant Care
24 hours per day, 365 days per year
Response times agreed in accordance with individual customer requirements.

With all of our care packs, we aim to respond within four hours during normal business hours in the event of a critical failure fault report or within eight hours for less serious faults.
