Call Centre Solution

The call centre solution enables you to provide a superior service to your calling customers.  Fully scalable with simple to use web tools, features include:

  • Hunt groups
  • Real time call recording
  • Agents have real call control and can easily forward, hold, conference and escalate calls when required.
  • Calls can be answered automatically, integrated with Outlook and various CRMs offering you click-to-dial capability as well as screen pop ups.
  • Real time and historical reports include agent availability, call duration, login and logout actions.
  • Advanced reports show caller activity like call abandonment rates, the average time to answer, wait time, and call duration.
Softphone

A software client loaded onto a PC or laptop allowing the user to make and receive calls with the same functionality as a standard IP desk phone.

Mobile client

The mobile client is compatible with Apple and Android smartphone operating systems. Subscribers are able to use their mobile phone as their hosted device, either in the office at home and or in Wi-Fi areas, enabling free or cheaper calls.

The application allows the user to determine the appropriate network (WLAN or GSM) over which to make the call. This not only keeps costs to a minimum but allows the user to share one unified voicemail box and provides a single CLI when calling out.  The mobile client also allows the user to keep all of the features available on their office phone (e.g. call transfer, divert and extension dialling).

Call Recording

The Inclarity solution provides a versatile and fully scalable service with no set-up costs and total flexibility in terms of which lines and how many calls are recorded.  It is also PCI and FSA compliant.

A web based portal allows you to access and search on any set of call attributes.  The calls are stored on the website for a 30 day period but capacity is not a problem as they can be exported in a .wav format, e-mailed from the portal or archived for as long as needed.

Another great benefit of the call recording solution is that it is subscriber based so can be added and removed from users as required.
