Wireless Delivered is installed onto a mobile device used by field workers to receive, track and complete jobs while out on the road. The information can be communicated from the mobile device to the back office system and back again, in real time, via a GPRS network.

GPRS “push technology” ensures a reliable, instant transfer of information between base and mobile workers. The technology effectively pushes information between the office system and mobile device, removing the need for the traditional logging on or dial up mobile device. The two technologies work together to optimise and relay information between the back office application and handheld mobile device both reliably and in real-time.
