ADSL services are only provided over an Arrow analogue line in order to facilitate easy service management so you won’t be told to contact someone else in the event of a move, change or faults.

What is SDSL?

SDSL is a high-speed internet connection that allows you to upload and download data at the same speeds. This is ideal for customers that want to host their web servers in-house or need to support a number of remote users, regional offices and larger scale VoIP solutions. SDSL is usually significantly cheaper than a leased line.

ADSL Router Options

There are a range of router options available from a basic single port router to a more expensive 4 port router with wireless – all of which are shipped pre-configured. We’ll help you choose the most suitable router for your business including dial backup facilities if required.

Changing Provider

If you have a current Internet Service Provider and wish to switch to arrow then this can be readily arranged. Simply request a ‘MAC’ code from your current provider and supply these details when requesting a switch.
