This role will give you the opportunity to own and champion the data connectivity portfolio within the company. From supplier liaison to customer presentations you will be responsible for the growth in revenues from your product set.
Arrow, has a large corporate base of mobile and fixed line customers so a key strategy for us in 2013 is to increase our revenues by cross selling other products to our existing customers. Based from our Weybridge office you will be asked to accompany our account management team to help drive this strategy forward.
You will be joining a strong product team who enjoy being the focus of our product specialist sales process. Reporting into the Head of Products you will be required to join and contribute to the energy centre of the business.

Salary: £30,000 plus benefits
Working alongside the Major Account Manager, this role is primarily focused on strategic account development, the cross sell of additional products within the portfolio, pro-active retention plans as well as managing escalations and general account reviews. Based in Weybridge this role requires regular face to face visits with customers, involving product specialists and other members of the senior team where necessary.
This role involves the administration and SEO of Arrow’s website and the provision of statistics and insight into website traffic using Google Analytics. You will be required to moderate and update the corporate accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook as well as encourage and support social media engagement across the company. You will also have plenty of opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of SEO, social media and gamification strategies.
